The Blue Wave Democrats are a progressive and liberal group in Washington, D.C.  We arose out of the Progressive Alliance for State Legislatures, Flip Virginia (unrelated to and predating Flip VA), and the Ward 3 Blue Wave.  We have worked on campaigns ranging from small (neighborhood representatives) to large (presidential).  Our focus today is on electing Democrats at the state legislature level in GOP-controlled states.
